1:35AM CST - Unable to access Hivelocity (including billing.hivel) as well as one server of mine. Another seems unaffected though. Anyone else having issues trying to access Hivelocity? Edit @ 1:45CST - Seem to be able to access Hivelocity's mainsite, billing & my server now. Last edited by jordanriane; 01-15-2010 at 03:45 AM.

Confirmed, they are down since 12 minutes ago - from UK, Europe, and Hong Kong - and returned to service 1 minute ago. Last edited by nauae; 01-15-2010 at 03:45 AM. Reason: Back up

All of our customers were emailed a maintenance window explaining what was going to be happening last night so there would be no confusion. Here is a copy of that maintenance window you should have received. Subject: Maintenance Window Tonight- replacement of router card Attention: ------------------------------ We have scheduled a maintenance window for late tonight. Maintenance Window: ------------------------------ 1:00 am- 2:00 am (EST) 1/15/10 tonight/Friday morning Reason for Maintenance: ------------------------------ Replacement of card in core router #1 Summary: ------------------------------ We need to replace a card in one of our core routers late tonight. Downtime will be limited to about 5 minutes and only customers on racks 88-135 will actually be affected. We have noticed some latency on a portion of our network recently.
