Server crashed and recovered

Posted by quad3datwork, 01-13-2010, 12:38 PM One of our physical VPS servers residing at FDC datacenter had just recovered from a crash. The cause is unknown. All VPSs is back online and operational. No data was lost. Affected customers were notified within minutes of the crash. Follow-up e-mails were sent during the recover process. We do deeply apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused. We do appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you and have a nice day.
