Anyone using eprohosted.com? I bought a small hosting company that has a reseller account through them. This thing has unbearable loads, lots of outages and backups dont work in cPanel. I can't even get accounts moved off to another server. I have open support tickets and voicemails that go unanswered. Anyone else experience anything like this with them?

Just look at the support ticket list. They don't even respond. I could generate a bunch of new tickets and they merge them with no response or just close them. DO NOT USE!!! EPH1.jpg
