Volume Drive Server is down multiple times due to network problem.

Volume drive dedicated sever down 2 times today, 1st time is due to switch problem, now not sure what problem, but can't get any reply from their technical support guy for a few hours already, anyone knows their direct contact number?

The same thing has happened to me.
It was down last night but then was fixed. However it went down again 2 hours ago.
I contacted their support and they said it's just my server. Seems it's not, and that it's affecting others too going from this thread.
The 2nd downtime (the one starting 2 hours ago) is still ongoing for me.

yes, exact the same problem as mine, now experiencing the 2nd down time, they said they are investigating since 1 hr ago, but still not solved!
