hello! We just suffered a power outage at one of our locations, staff is working very hard to have this fixed asap. Currently our DNS and webhosting cluster is down. Our apologies for this matter, we will update affected clients asap per official mailing.

hello, the backplane of one coreswitch appears to be broken because of the power outage, we will replace it within 30 minutes now. Our apologies for this situation.

hello, thanks for your post, we checked it but this is not a dedicated server. You rent a VPS from one of our resellers, their server should be back up but they probably need to (re)start your vps. The best is to contact your provider about this.

Dear Markus, Please see ticket KSS-307955 The server is asking for Windows login but we cannot reach it, it appears something is wrong with the network settings or firewall is installed.
