Trustahost Whats hapend ?

I have a hosting account with Trustahost but it looks like there website and the one of mine hosted by them is down.
Anyone know anything ?

just over 24 hours now.
i know that Dom from Trustahost is quite active on this forum and he did post yesterday but not on this subject, I have a site backup but I am unsure what to do right now.

I spoke with Dominic from Trustahost and it looks like there's a switch that's failed. He should update this thread shortly as I sent him the link.

Hiya Folks,
Had a small problem at the datacentre where one of our switches has blown. It is being replaced as we speak however we do anticipate everything will be back before lunchtime

Trustahost, had a few problems earlier in the year and customers had regular emails to keep them informed with the progress, that makes it easy for us the customer to trust the provider, I have to say it's not same with all providers Trustahost gets a big thumbs up from me been with them now for 18 months or so.
