Host Excellence Down?

I've been with Hostexcellence.com (probably blindly) for 3 years and I haven't had a problem.. I just hosted a new client with them yesterday and since about 6pm tonight I haven't been able to connect to the website, my websites, or even the hostexcellence.com website.. Anyone else unable to connect or know whats up?

It's up now after 2 hours. It's unacceptable. Anyone have ideas of a 0% downtime? How's GoDaddy? My client needs cheap but I need something that can host my 5 domains and all my traffic.
