Dark Water Networks DOWN? [Merged]

When I visit Dark Water Networks,
it shows This Account Has Been Suspended !
Why? could anyone help?
My site hosted on it.

Is your web site live?
I have to guesses:
1. They are resesellers and their account is suspensed by main provider.
2. They are on maintence and they decided to use such page (kidding )

My site can't work and the Dark Water Networks can't work too.
I guess they are resellers.

i purchased a dedicated server from darkwaternetworks.com after i saw their ad on webhostingtalk...()
however something seems wrong with their site now my server went down about 3-4 hours ago, and their site is showing "Account suspended, contact etc..."
What can I do or should I do? am lost...really hope this is resolved asap...
any help/suggestions would be really appreciated ! this is my 2nd month with darkwaternetworks

I have a dedicated with them and it's down...just went down need someone to reboot it!!
Can I contact datacenter directly? All I know though is my IP and that data center is in PA...can I find out which DC it is and contact them??
Because I need my server up asap...it's urgent....any suggestions appreciated!

Your IP is owned by BurstNET.
Just to make this clear - We do not control any of Dark Water's servers - only their hosting account. Please do not contact us for support regarding their servers. This must be redirected to BurstNET - http://www.burst.net

this site (darkwaternetworks) still seems to be suspended, though my server is working at the moment.
can some1 suggest what I should do? Because im afraid my server will go down soon again and I will have no means of communicating with this site

Hi!
Well..if it were me..I'd have a talk with burst.
sales@burst.net
Tell them the situation..and see if they wouldn't mind you paying for the server directly.
It's worth a shot.

Hello,
I want to first apologize for the website being down, it was a billing issue.
In regards to the dedicated servers, I was unaware of BurstNET's network being down.
Sorry for all of the confusion!
