Superb DCA2 down?

It seems like there is problems with Superb DCA2 (Virginia DataCenter). At least one hour my server is down.

Yes. However 2 of my servers are up, the rest is down.

Tech Support told me that they had a minor power issue in the G / H room.

DCA2 went down again about 2 hours ago, due to power outage.

Along with correct this issue for good. This has happened way too many times since the move from DCA1 to DCA2. Wasn't this move from the end of 2006 supposed to be in a better facility that offers better power and transit?
