JaguarPC down?

Are they down? My servers are struggling to deliver anything at the moment and I can't log into support to submit a ticket because their homepage jaguarpc.com is also crawling and timing out. Is it just me? I can access all other sites fine, just not jaguarpc and my servers with them.

My servers are loading fine with them and so is their main page.

Thanks for your response. I thought it could be just me, but I tried online server testing sites like
http://www.vertain.com/?sst
and jaguarpc.com timed out so I'm really confused. I'm located in australia, don't know if that's got anything to do with the it but the site I just linked is hosted by theplanet so definitely a different location to me. Can anyone else verify?
EDIT: also, is hostpenguin.net is the site you are hosting with them? because that is also crawling/timing out for me.

I just tried using http://siteuptime.com/users/quickcheck.php and it shows apache is up and running.
I did try the test that you included and these are my results.
" URL: http://jaguarpc.com
The test timed out, as the page did not complete loading in 13 sec.
You should definitely be concerned about your server's speed."
