PacificRack outage?

My server went down about half an hour ago. Interestingly enough, pacificrack.com is reachable... but myrack.pacificrack.com isn't. Left a message with phone support.
Anyone know what's going on? I know there's a PacificRack rep on here; can you give us any info or updates on the situation? Thanks.

One of the power panels on the 3rd floor has had a power phase go offline, an electrician is already on-site working on the issue. its an isolated outage to a very small amount of servers. Should be back online soon.

I'm getting word now that the issue is related to a faulty breaker in one of the power panels on the 3rd floor, and that the panel will have to be fully shut off and the breaker replaced by the electricians. We are giving them shut down authorization now for that panel, so its about to happen now. This still remains an isolated issue to just that power panel.

I hope you guys are doing controlled shut downs on the circuits on the other 2 phases of that panel.. I hope you don't have to spend the time praying to the FSCK gods
