I and my custmers don´t access servers dedicated. I´m From BRAZIL.

Burst not down, your servers maybe down but burst is up.
Can you get to there forum -> http://forums.burst.net/index.php
Also have you sent them a support request -> https://support.burst.net/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi

I am using proxy anonymous and nor thus I visualize the websites.
