dedicatednow slow slow slow???
Posted by dudaah, 07-10-2006, 11:25 AM |
Noticed on my email checking and then in pingplotter that our server at dedicatednow is extremely slow today and generates a lot of packet loss... I can't hardly access their customer desk even although it loads after a couple of minutes?
Anyone else having problems today?
P.s. to moderator, I accidently posted this in the announcement forum. Sorry, please fix my misstake.

Once AGAIN, any network issues it is BEST to email us at support@dedicatednow.com your source ip and your destination IP and a traceroute from windows command line NOT ping plotter or visualroute, This way we can help you, posting here doesn't accomplish anything.

What's wrong with those programs?

Their "cut and paste" output is often very hard to read and decipher. tracert and unix traceroute produce far cleaner and easier to read results.
