Any assertivehost.com clients with servers down?

Hi guys...
Anyone able to throw any info my way regards assertivehost.com...
ive been unable to get a response form my server ..no ping ..nutin...support hasnt answered any tickets yet...not since 10 Mar 2006 12:14 PM..
wondering if its just my box or if its a biger prob like the recent outages experienced elsewhere.
Data centre is GNAX located in Atlanta, GA.

Damn....! not a single reply from support. still down...
Know its the weekend but cmon guys... if theres anyone here from them please just let me know what the deal is ..severity...so i can at least pass on some information to my clients... down full 24 hours and counting...

Have the same problem as you.
server3.assertiveweb.com is down for more than 24 hours already.
No response whatsoever.
Totally unacceptable!

@ conradus.... I agree totally.
Sad to say we've to try find out whats going on through this great community...and not via our own so called server support.
IF you happen to find out wat the deal is please post here and ill do the same...

This is what GNAX techs had to say YESTERDAY after taking a quick look:
> You will have to speak to your hosting provider as this is something
> they can only deal with.
So it's a total mystery and it could be anything.

Damn...Dosent sound good! and just as i was getting happy with the uptime after the server move from Planet to GNAX.

I was with tomsyer and VERY HAPPY.
Assertivehost took over and I have been in hell ever since.
After being down a few days I transferred a .org.
It has propagated to the new server and the old server is still down!

I'm having the same problem. 14 domains hosted on one of assertive's servers, and no response from them at all after close to 36 hours. Trouble Ticket was marked as urgent.
Soon as it comes back up, I'm transferring everything to a brand spanking new site5.com account.

They do promise a phone number on their "BRAND NEW" website, however it is NOT listed and when I asked the tech email (around 03/01) he said they removed it because"customers abused it"
A google of asserivehost.com will bring up a page with their toll free number, within the firdt 7 pasges which is ALWAYS answered by a machine.

Out of pure desperation and frustration I even tried inquiring of TheHostSource via PM here "TheHostSource - WHT Addict"
who lists his homepage in his profile as:
Home Page: http://www.assertivehost.com
But tech support says Robert is now a "researcher" for assertivehost.com
And Robert says he is no longer affiliated in any way .

I never saw a fone number anywhere..though that said..i came across from tomsayer...

Accuburst finally got my site up and running...Though server is still assertive labeled.
They disconnect you in chat.
They ask you regenerate trouble tickets.
But for now I am running.

I have done a lot of business with many web hosting companies.
Assertivehost.com is by far one of the worst hosting companies out there. Their server are never up and running. They are maybe up and running 55% of the time. Support is horrible; I haven’t had one response back when I asked a question. Their servers are very slow.
I do not recommend you do any business with Assertivehost.com in the future.

They DBA as POLARISTAR, ASSERTIVEHOST, ACCUBURST
