my server with assertive host has been down since noon on friday and no word and no ticket updates from them. I have now 4 tickets open and also sent to then a number of emails. Are these guys for real or what. It is now 48 hours and nothing. This is utter BS. Does anyone know anything? Are they even breathing over there or did Tony Soprano get to them or something be for their clients could get a response? This is killing me here and probably they will not even compensate for the down time like last time this happened. Any help or a phone number would be great....They sure do suck if you ask me if they can not even respond to a ticket or 6.

Did you try doing a WHOIS on their domain? Also, I believe there's another thread about this already started here. Check that out for more info.

my siteis on another serve and their serveris also not on the same server as is down....anyway I have canceled and will call my credit card company to cancel and refuse all payments.

I am unfortunately an annual client of assertivehost.com bad company as of late.
Does anyone else have a feeling as to their relationship with accuburst.com who seems to be filling in for the lousy service?
I personally am still unable to access accounts from WHM for over 24 hours.

I have done a lot of business with many web hosting companies. Assertivehost.com is by far one of the worst hosting companies out there. Their server are never up and running. They are maybe up and running 55% of the time. Support is horrible; I haven’t had one response back when I asked a question. Their servers are very slow.
I do not recommend you do any business with Assertivehost.com in the future.
