DimeNOC/HostDime network problem ??

Anybody else facing DimeNOC/HostDime network problem ? Can not reach to any of the servers hosted in their network.

Yeah there is a network issue and they are working on it...
http://desk.hostdime.com is loading and you can open a ticket...
here is what they replied ;

Hello,
We are getting reports of lost conneciton and timeouts to various
sites on the facility. We are working with the network engineers already
and should be resolved within the next 30 minutes or less.

I don't understand, why others have their sites back, and for me still no access to any of the hosts. including the forum link above!

Patricia, You should have full access to the datacenter as all systems are now online (and have been for about the last 30 minutes)

thanks Paul, I find the sites since 2 minutes. last 30 minutes I had no access even when entered hostdime.com in the url, or surpass/ahosting/or my sites.
one of my friend (also in Europe) has also the sites up since 2-3 minutes only.
now ok however.
what was the issue? (if you can tell)
