Server At PixelFX Completely Down!!

Well, today when I woke up I found that all sites on my server at PixelFX was completely un-reachable. So then I tried everything I could to check what's going on, but unfortunately it's just completely down(Dowsn't resopnd via ping, ssh, WHM port). There are no Network Maintenances, no billing issues(at least I always paid the bill in time) so I don't know why this happened.
The possible reason I think is PixelFX didn't pay "thier bill" to FDCServers or this is a hardware issue.
What do you guys think? Server down for 2.0 hours. No respond to ticket yet.

Fdc is a good service provider. Rates are excellent but they dont offer a 100% uptime gurantee.
Money == Service

We were slow to reply to your reboot request. The issue has been already fixed. Please don't post false information about us.
Ticket was posted on 04 Jul 2006 04:56 AM and support team replied on 04 Jul 2006 05:36 AM.
We never had any billing issues with datacenter. You can contact them directly to check our records.

I apologize for the update delay of this post.
Yes your techs did a reboot and the server went back up, But It doesn't sounds like a "Reboot Request" to me.

There are number of reasons why a server might crash. We rebooted the server and it came back online. Anyway issue is fixed. Next time e-mail us directly instead of posting here. No point assuming something without proof.

Dude... Just because YOUR server was down doesnt mean ALL of ours man!
Please dont post stuff based on nothing! If you have a problem contact them! I am their customer and their turnaround for tech stuff is damn good!
So again please think before posting!
