Hosting365 server down - anyone else been in touch?

Hi, I've ot a dedicated box on the hosting365.com cluster (rack365.ie), which has been down for 40mins and counting now - Their website is also down, however I'm unable to get in touch with them by Email or Phone. Anyone else experiencing the same issue or managed to get in touch? Regards R
