Burst down again ?
Posted by glace, 07-05-2006, 03:53 AM |
Eventhough I can reach my servers via SSH and eventhough I can ping them with 0% packet loss Apache is extremely slow on many of my Burst servers. Loading a site takes around 5 minutes. I am having the same problem when I am trying to access www.nocster.com. However, forums.burst.net and burst.net are loading fine.
Does anyone else have the same problem ? As I said it effects many of my servers and nocster.com and I`ve tried to access it from various monitoring locations with the same result. The load is low on my servers so it must be some sort of network problem. Can anyone confirm this ? The problem has been lasting for around 40 or 50 minutes so far.

Yes, I encounter exactly the same problem. Apache is very slow, FTP as usually.

We are aware of the issue, and are looking into it. At this point, it seems to be mainly affecting cutomers from certain areas, primarily west coast.

Problems from Spain also, mail is also not working. Seems only the regular ports 80, 110, 25 etc. WHM port 2087/2086 works fine.

This should be taken care of. I will have more information available as I get it, but it was an issue with the TopLayer devices.
