Reminder: Dedicatednow Maint Tonight!!

Dear Customers,
On Friday night starting at 11pm we will be doing network maintenance on our aggregation routers. We estimate 60 minutes per router, but are scheduling a window of 2 hours per router, currently there are 3 aggregation routers. Only one will be down at any given time. The reason for this is so we can upgrade the ram and IOS code on the routers in order to increase redundancy, stability, and scalability in the network. We will update this site as progress is made.

So the maintenance may last upto 5.00 AM, and there is a chance of upto 2 hours downtime between 11.00 PM & 5.00 AM.

No, each router will be done individually, if your server goes down and then comes backup abit later, it won't go down again.

Is my VLAN gonna be wiped out? Should I put in a ticket to remind ya? Last 3 times my VLAN was gone after router maintance.

It couldn't hurt, please provide ip for each server and ip for each plan, also if you can grab the mac of each nic private vlan nic card jic.

Sent in a ticket via DMS and still hasnt shown up and no auto reply (10min later). So I sent an email in too (also no auto reply). Wasnt able to get the mac of each nic.

Maint is over and went off without a hitch and must faster than planned. Thank you all.
