BTN Network Issues?? (PowerVPS???)

Power VPS tells me that it has to do with BTN(?) and I should check out their (BTN's) website if I want to know more. (The websites are available from SOME locations.) Does anyone have any info about this? I have some big clients on this server and I can't have them down.
