VPSLink Down

Posted by BrandonSCSN, 06-28-2006, 08:04 PM
VPSLink.com currently appears to be down. Also, the support center and https://cp.vpslink.com seem to be having some problems. Due to how the CA at cp.vpslink.com is currently "SnakeOil CA" (default certificate for DA) it seems like they are attempting to move their sites over to a DirectAdmin server. It also appears this way based off of the DA CP port being available: http://www.vpslink.com:2222/ http://www.slibe.com/fullimage/9c263...nkdown_jpg.jpg I do NOT believe this affects any client servers.

Brandon, Thanks for pointing this out. Unfortunately the vpslink.com had a mis-configuration in the zone file today. This was restored in approximately an hour and unfortunately did take down our main website for a short period. There was no service affecting outages resulting from this.
