I have been fighting with their support guy "VICTOR" who apparently works ALLDAY/EVERYDAY because he is the only one (from the phillipines) or some other place on APNIC that runs the support. I hope to compile an "edited version" for privacy purposes of the help desk threads that I have dealt with in the past couple days. Its quite hilarious when you tell the tech what the issue is, and he claims that it is something else... then tells you its the same thing you told him it was about an hour before... its getting worst folks... its getting worse.
