As previously announced, at 12:01 AM EST SiteSouth will begin it's server and final network move to its new facilities. The move should be completed by 8:01 AM EST.

Is there anyone else out there who has a colo machine with SiteSouth that is not back online yet? They began their datacenter migration last night at midnight, and it was supposed to be completed early this morning. But it's now past 10PM EST and the server I have there is still offline.
I've ticketed the support dept a few times, and the last thing I heard (this afternoon) was that they were still working on the migration, and that the move was running a few hours behind schedule. But 12+ hours behind schedule? It feels like something is wrong. Does anyone know what is going on?
(I find it odd that no other threads have been started about this -- makes me think I'm the only one not back online.)

Everyone should be 100% online at SiteSouth in about 30-40 minutes. Sorry for the delays to all of our clients.
Some clients who came in to move their own servers were back on line within 25 mintues everyone else got the luck of the draw as the trucks loaded with the servers came in and got reinstalled.
One thing I learned from this move. We will never take a client again without 4 post rail racks. You have my word on that. 50% of our delay was dealing without rail racks or only 2 post rail racks.
Once again sorry for the delays.

It's 6am and I'm still not online. How can 30-40 minutes turn into 6 *hours*? What is going on? Whoever is running the support desk closed both of my tickets without responding, and my emails have gone unanswered.
mgphoto, if you know something, please share. This machine has been down for 30+ hours now.
