i have a server, ibm x3250 m4 its already online for few months without problem only i see the System-error LED turning on yellow, what is mean? screenshot http://freakimage.com/images/928ibm_..._yellow_si.jpg http://freakimage.com/images/587ibm_x3250_m4_manual.jpg the fan is very noisy than another server, but i already tried pull out all the fans, only use 1 memory ram, pull out all hard drive, the yellow sign is still there from manual its only like this System-error LED: When this amber LED is lit, it indicates that a system error has occurred what do you think the culprit that i can try?

Hi, I think there is issue with the hardware or something, as you said the fan is also making a bit of sound, so it could be heating issue. A hardware test would provide you a better diagnosis whether this is system issue or something else.

already tried pull out all the fans, already tried using external fan too, so looks like its not fan/heat problem the yellow sign is starting even since the first time the server turned on

Do you have the module fans? If so they're only good for a few years and they go. Maybe you got the runt of the pack. Disable the fan and see if the light remains on, the light is a hardware failure most commonly.
