What do you mean by "which setup i should use"? Are you looking for hardware spec recommendations, provider recommendations or software recommendations?

In terms of what software to use, probably varnish. The server specification depends on how much traffic you expect. Cloudflare website caching will always be better than something you build because they cache in 100 datacenters and delivers the content closer to your user than you will be able to. You can also couple your own caching with cloudflare.
