Question - OVH Dedicated Server

Hi
I'm thinking before I buy a dedicated server in OVH's Montreal, Canada but, still undecided for pick one with best performance. (note; I don't think about 1000+ unique visitors, or 500,000+ daily pageviews per visitors but, I'm using dnsmadeeasy (dot) com is dns provider).

I'm plans to use the software with Invision Power Board (Paid Forum) and WikiMedia but, I may ask for my questions (below)
1) What's best performance for; Intel Xeon E5-1650v2 or Intel Xeon E5-2630v3?
2) Does need a minimum of Intel Xeon E5 (with #CPUs/#Threads) for IP.Board/WikiMedia?
3) 64GB or 128GB RAM?

If you have no specific price point to stick under, for a large site I would personally go with the E5-2630v3, but I don't think it would make much difference because they're both very good processors for most common uses.
I use a few of their E5-1650v2, but not for websites, and I love it.

Oh, Budget is $300.00 or below for per month(s). I think I will pick with Dedicated Server MG-128 that good?

This is certainly enough hardware and server resources for your requirements. Will you be requiring any server management services? Is a Canadian data center your preferred location?

I see so guess. I don't think for other any require at this time yet. Yes, because I live in Canada and OVH located in Montreal, Canada. Who visitors from Canada or USA that where data-center located in Montreal, Quebec.
