I am looking for a cheap dedicated server with 24-30 ip's .
price should be around 50$

I think you are going to have a hard time finding such a beast. Take a look at the offers section to see what is on offer and then gauge how you'll have to adjust your budget.

30 IPs is already $30-60 range. You need to increase your budget.

It seems like the market average for ipv4 is around $1 a IP. You also might have a hard time getting so many IPs without raising some red flags because its common for spammers to turn and burn a bunch of IP addresses.

Is that gong to be your new hosted solution or you are migrating from somewhere? Just in case you have that solution now at that price - stay on it as that would be hard for you to find something related within your price range.
If that is new project then what do you need that for? That could be you do not need that much at the beginning.

As I understand, the most important here are IP addresses? For what reason dedicated server with IP's is needed? To send mass emails?
Anyway, butget is too low...

You can't expect a server for $ 50 with 30 IP address. Definitely you should increase your budget . Whats the purpose of the server ?

It will not be easy to find.
1. IP's can be blacklisted
2. Spam
3. Bad IP's reputation
It is very risky to provide server and IP's for mass mailing. Or providers may ask to pay 6 - 12 months in advance to have guarantees, that you will not send spam.

Most providers will require you to complete an IP justification form for approval for that many IPs, and "mass email" will draw more scrutiny.

Doubtful and unrealistic.
As net said, the ipv4 costs alone would be most of that budget + he wanted a dedicated server. His budget would have to be higher.

I agree! You need to increase your Budget for that machine, And i think most providers will ask for justification for that much IPs.

Hi Richmann,
I'm not a seller/reseller!
I find many different pre-configured dedicated servers from $10/month here: www wholesaleinternet.net /dedicated/
What is pass to your search is $25/month servers (5 IP address included!) + 20x IP ($1,50/each ($30 all IPs)) = dedicated server + 25 IP address ($55 Total/month)

Well the budget is very low. 30 to 40 $ cost you for IPs only. Moreover no good host provide you Ips for bulk emails. Because Ips will be banned. so raise your budget and also change your motive.

Do not expect any host would give out too many IPs with no restriction and low cost.
Market spammers are spending $250 for 5IPs a server so your budget is way below market price.

you may be able to find a VPS that will do a /26 (64 IPs) for $100 including the machine, but otherwise your price is way too low
