Hey there everyone.
I'm currently searching for a dedicated server provider based in Sweden for around 70/mo and need advice, here are the specifications I'm looking for:
3.0+ GHz processor (preferably a E3 or higher).8 GB+ ram.70 GB Storage SSD or HDD.Virtualization support and 2 IPs.Hosted in Sweden.
I would appreciate if anyone could give me any tips, thanks!

Your budget is too low for Sweden dedicated servers. If you need an E3, you need to double your budget as a minimum...

If Sweden as server location is a must simple skip my suggestions. I have simple suggestion for you: if you want to get server within your price range - try to think about changing the location of your server. Perhaps getting server within EU would be good alternative. You can have a look at Germany and Netherlands as possible locations for your servers. There are high competition there and lower prices as result.
I believe you will have decent connection speed from there.

Your budget is good as per requirement.
Have you checked offers section at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36 ?

Well, I do believe your specs and location requirements require a higher budget, so I'd recommend either raising your budget some or searching somewhere with good latency outside of Sweden.

Thank you for all the replies guys! I would love to quote you but sadly I'm not entitled to access such feature on this board yet.
As per your suggestions, I actually have a machine in a nearby location hence why moving to Amsterdam or similar location as advised above wouldn't be ideal. I want to move even closer to Sweden at this point; 70-90 with VAT would be my absolute maximum budget for this. I also took a look at the offers section as Prajyot suggested and found Swedendedicated almost fit my budget.
I'm always open for more suggestions!
