DMCA ignore? Hope you have good budget for that, nobody will take a risk to host a garbage for a regular price.

Simply put, no hosting company can ignore legitimate DMCA complaints. Any company that states it ignores complaints altogether is acting illegally and placing your business or websites in the hands of such a company is incredibly risky. That being said, there are things that hosts can do to protect your rights as their customer, especially against the large quantity of misuse that comes with the DMCA laws. You should probably just contact hosting providers in The Netherlands (as you mentioned) and ask them about their DMCA policy. Hosting providers with a special DMCA policy, might mention it on their website. At the end of the day, keep in mind that a company you can trust your business with can't act illegally but can care about you and your business enough to make sure you only get real abuse reports backed up by valid claims of copyright violations.

Why exactly do you need DMCA to be ignored? Copyright material?

If yes then I think WHT is not the place!

I run cracks site.. software cracks.. I don't host cracks.. neither give link to cracks.. but software companies still report to google.. I can remove page/post when I got DMCA.. but the thing is that I need sometime to take backup.. Unlike some companies which don't allow backup to take and straightly suspend the account. Its not garbage dear. I don't host cracks. I just rank on software cracks niche... and that's all.. I write original articles on software reviews and rank on software cracks.. I don't host cracks.. neither I provide links to cracks.. but software companies don't understand this.. someone in my facebook friend was providing 50$/month.. but he is busy now a days.. that's why.. I don't want to start a big game... like any kickass torrents site.. or any that type of site..... (adul)... I simply want some hosting company to cooperate when DMCA comes and give time to remove that content.. unlike some popular hosting companies straightly suspend account. Then what do you post / link to? What you've said so far is confusing.
