Why not use a specialized SMTP service like Sparkpost or Sendgrid?
Sparkpost gives you 100k monthly free emails, which would cover your needs.

You will need to look into providers offering clean IPv4 ranges with rDNS support.
Or like Andei mentioned above a 3rd party SMTP service would do the job.

Seems Sendgrid is good for them. Thank you so much

2500 is fine for VPS as long as opt-in and includes unsubscription link within the emails, you know the usual. However, 3rd party providers like the ones mentioned above are just as good.

This shouldnt be a problem with most VPS's... But why would you want to? Why not something like mail chimp?

Why don't you try sendy? It's more convenient and cheaper way to send newsletters.

2,500 emails per day which is 104 emails per hour is not that much. So, basic VPS will do. Good I/O can help so I would go for SSD VPS.

Many VPS servers will provide this capability. As long as the email is not unsolicited, then you will have no problems.
