How can I take snapshot of a KVM VPS via command line? Is that possible? I just need to create 1time snapshot as we already have files and database backup running..

From the node itself, yes. Refer to your software's documentation , shouldn't be too hard to figure it out from there. From the actual server? Not so much. You'll want to use something like cPanel's backup system
