Check and see that the main IP in your solusvm panel is? is it the same is cPanel?

Contact your provider so they can check it for you.

see what cpanel sees curl -L http://cpanel.net/showip.cgi lynx -dump http://cpanel.net/showip.cgi

HostingBig is right You may have to reassign the main IP in solusvm reconfigure network then change it back then reconfigure network again. I just faced this issue with a user and that solved it. cpanel had me run lynx -dump http://www.cpanel.net/showip.cgi Then I ran the following to show the primary IP according to the VPS grep IPADDR /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

or remove the gateway line from the ifcfg-eth0:0 file so traffic only goes out via the main IP, which is the one licensed.

The SolusVM 'network reconfigure' is a little quirky, I've found. Truthfully it's easier to just manually add/up the interface than to go through the reconfigure... especially in the case of cPanel. (likely you'll be able to ping both IPs) Update/sync your cPanel license: You should be able to get back into cPanel now. Remove and re-add your IP from WHM, XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/32. If you've added everything correctly you can run 'ifconfig eth0:cp1' and you should see your secondary I.P. details. Hope this helps.
