Posted by eltonpiko, 02-05-2016, 02:21 AM hi i have a client on my server not everyone is getting her email when she sends. some clients receives and some dont especially when cc. she sent me a test mail and i see [possible spam] attached to the subject line. after doing some research from different forum i they say that its an anti spam software is adding the tag line. the configuration is like this this client mx record is pointing to spamtitan which filter all incoming mail and deliver only clean one to her inbox for outgoing client client is using her isp smtp to send email and not my server. so the question is where the tagline is getting added and is this connected to the mail not getting received by some recipient.
