What OS is your VPS? Its fairly simple to install Docker. Lots of tutorials out there for the different distributions.

Ubuntu, I almost tried everything but I always getting errors.

When everything is done and I do service start docker it says docker deamon is not good or something

Is this a newly installed VPS? did you update apt?

What is the virtualization technology your host is using (VMWare, KVM, OpenVZ)? Note, Docker will not run on some technologies. Are you running the latest kernel and version of Ubuntu?
