Hello, I would need a Xen management company (for the initial installation and further troubleshooting when needed). Does anyone know o company that can do this well enough? Thanks and regards!

Most of the outsourcing support company's do support the Xen hypervisor. Have you tried contacting them? Some providers that come to mind are Bobcares.com, Assistanz.com, SupportLobby.com, We3Cares.com, CliffSupport.com, InstaCarma.com etc.
