Hostpapa None of your nameserver names contain glue or A records

Hi guys, One of my good friend is having a major issue with dns. His main domain and reseller account is with hostpapa (when using basic hosting account, things were really working smooth.. not much issue). So he has 2 more sites, both are registered elsewhere but hosted at the reseller account at hostpapa.. Now he is faced with a serious issue, that is sometimes all three sites are down or at least the two other sites are down.. when spoken to hostpapa, they are saying to chk with our ISP's ( it's a foolish saying, i chked with many other people residing in other countries and they too cannot view the site) Then I used the leafdns to see what this issue is actually related to : Root Domain : http://leafdns.com/index.cgi?testid=0D929E88 Your local nameservers do not match the names of the nameservers provided by the parent servers etc etc... Other Domain 1 : http://leafdns.com/index.cgi?testid=42355438 This is the domain that says " None of your nameserver names contain glue or A records. This error is fatal. Your domain is not resolveable " Other Domain 2 : http://leafdns.com/index.cgi?testid=E5CAF275 Your local nameservers do not match the names of the nameservers provided by the parent servers etc etc... What could be the issue guys ! So frustrated that it's making it difficult to proceed further with hospapa.. (but trying to get a solution so that no need to shift to another place so quickly.. ) A detail help is highly appreciated guys !

You're missing the A records for ns1 and ns2.i-whatever.com.au at your nameservers. You should be able to add them in the zone editor of the Hostpapa account. While you're there you could change the NS records and fix the mismatched nameserver issue too (though as the leafdns report says, it's not a big problem currently because both sets of nameservers use the same IPs).

Setting the Vanity NS values as desired in "Basic cPanel & WHM Setup" will set the NS records correctly when new domains are added. Not really a deal breaker, but it'll help cleanup DNS reports. As @foobic mentioned, get those A records set for your vanity NS values, some DNS servers won't find you without these.
