Is gigenet "24/7 Live Chat" a reality?

I was trying to ask about the deals that gigent offer so I clicked on 24/7 Live Chat on thier website and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited .................. until I !!!!!!!!
This is not a joke. I was trying since last 8 hours and I am recieving the following in the chat window:

You should probably send an e-mail, since it is the 31st today sales might not be so active.

I usually receive a response within a few hours during standard business hours.

I apologize that no one took your request. Our support engineers are available after hours and handle all inquiries. I'll look into why you weren't assisted.
