| hi there!
i saw many reseller host at low cost and they give free billing too. But i don't know which is good one. I am looking for that type of reseller host with billing option
Budget: 10$

If yes, you can surely get one as long as you do not go for unlimited.
Did you check the reseller hosting offers here in WHT already?

| There are many solid providers on WHT that fit your requirements. MellowHost (with promo) and CrocWeb are two providers that I think fit your budget and include ClientExec for billing.
If a free billing system like TheHostingTool or BoxBilling could work, these are available at no charge at any host (most with easy installation via Softaculous).

| I think your budget might need to be increased a bit, ClientExec (Approx: $15.95), WHMCS (Approx: $15.95) or Blesta (Approx: $8) aren't cheap enough to include them in a package for $10 a month. However if you find a host you like, why not ask them if they could do you a custom package.
I recommend CrocWeb & FreshRoastedHosting (Don't do Resellers yet though)

| ClientExec is a little easier to offer than WHMcs at this price point. The reseller program with WHMcs leaves the provider at about $7/mo @ 100 licenses, ClientExec scales down to just $4.75/mo @ 100 licenses.

| Another thing, I'm not sure many providers accept Skrill, you'll need to check up on that before you place a order.

| It will be amazing hard in order for you to find a $10 reseller especially if you want a billing system with price. You should really consider upping your budget then you will get much more reliable service just remember you always get what you pay for so if your paying a lot of money then most likely your provider will offer reliable service as to if your paying a very low price then most likely service won't be to good at all .
