Hello,
I am using jonesolutions services for more than 6 months.
I think that their initial hardening and configuration of the servers is excellent.
They have secured a server after a attack very fast.
I think that they know a lot about servers management.
They are just a little more expensive than other options and that is the only reason of not using them in all the servers.
