Posted by Joe W, 01-21-2014, 04:32 PM I had a friend ask me the other day if there was a hosting company that has true reseller packages. He explained it like this - You buy a reseller account and that gave you the ability to resell a product line of items. If you want to sell shared hosting they have packages 1 - 3 the same with Reseller account and VPS servers all with set deep discounted costs. They handled the support you handled the sales and billing. Your customers did not detract from your reseller account (HD/BW). I told him I remember someone doing this but for the life of me I can't remember who it was. (I think they only did it for shared hosting but as I said I don't remember)
Posted by Michaelz, 01-21-2014, 04:36 PM You probably mean WWD. Only thing you can do is determine the costs of their packages to a particular extent and not much more. If you don't renew your customers are theirs.
