what happened with skynet support?

Hi. I'm new here. I just want to know if somebody else is happening the same. I signed up with Skynet a couple of months ago. So far, so good. The support was amazing and responded almost immidiatly. However, I requested a small task: account migration from another hosting cPanel account to my own reseller account. It's been a week and they haven't finished yet. Of course, I requested to do it again due to website changes that happenede in the middle of the week (it's a real estate web site.. of course the change the site periodically) and requested to do it today once again. Still no response. Does anybody knows if the work on weekends? Where is the 24/7 support?? Where can I get an alternative to skynethosting? Thanks! Daniel

Why do not you try to send them an email (again) or better, try to call them and ask for this migration.

Have you tried contacting them via live chat? It appears to be online.

Support should work over weekend, When was the last time they replied? You may want to check you submitted the ticket to the right department ie not sales, as they may only work during week days.

May be you can give them any public URL to download full cPanel backup file of the account which you want to transfer.

I sent them a lot of emails. The last time the replied to me was on Jan 15th. I sent them 4 emails after last response. I have a deadline with my customers and I can't fail them due to the lack of support of my provider. That is not an excuse. If they can't make it when someone needs it, why don't they give us the tools to do it on our own? they have everything in order to do the job without any problems. Do you know any other reseller provider that give the hability to migrate on cpanel accounts on your own?

Based on recent threads raised about SkyNetHosting it really seems like they're understaffed due to a recent surge of new customers. While I am sure their service is great, the slower response times may be due to the fact that they do not have enough support staff to handle all the requests from their customers.

could be.. I also read that after posting. Update: I created another ticket and in less than 2 hours, they did the migration again but without migrating the email contents. However, in this new ticket they are working as they should updating the status from time to time.

Full cPanel backup restoration includes email contents. I wonder how they do the restoration/migration ?

They somehow managed to change passwords of all cpanel accounts they were migrating, so I had few interesting days explaining my customers why they cant access cpanel and why is password changed. I had an account for 3 months, but I left after all. I have to say that they were friendly, but I didn't feel safe there, and left

May be they were not able to access all cPanel accounts from reseller WHM. To transfer cPanel accounts under a reseller account, you need: cPanel password of each account. ORFull cPanel backup of each account.

I don't know, they asked me to generate full backup of each account and to provide them WHM username/password, which I did. However, I am not saying that they are bad, and I wasn't angry at all, but I think this was probably caused by lack of time and rush
