Ever look at infrenion?

Ever look at infrenion? I have a clipshare site there (esmiportal.com) which hasn't gained a WHOLE lot in traffic but that's mainly because my workload has been too high. I know that everyone that does HUGE traffic should probably go Managed/Dedicated the support I get with Infrenion.Com makes it very easy to sign up for an "Enterprise" shared account and utilize their support staff for so many issues. I don't know if they would LOVE me creating more work for them (sorry, guys) but why not save money and get some killer hosting with pretty much any control over your own stuff that you could possibly need?
