However the mx record on dns server which is located on crocweb is pointing to my google email. Now, is there any public dns server that I can point to specifically mx record (google email server)? In case the primary dns will be down I can stile be able to have emails. Like public dns server which will point to google mail server. I just want to have email available? or is there any other options any suggestions are welcome. Regards, Peter

The best you can do is use a backup DNS server from another service provider (Rackspace Cloud DNS is a good option). Keep in mind that what DNS server is used by site visitors is completely random, therefore you'll need to setup all of your zone records.
