And SeeksAdmin has failed me again.
This is in response to this thread: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=738537
I was apparently mistaken when I had it closed since so far nobody from SeeksAdmin has attempted to contact me nor had they answered my test ticket (I'm not sure why Bobcares would reply since I had cancelled my service with them last weekend but kudos to them for still helping out I guess).
So now I've filled out 3 tickets, my original ticket has gone unanswered/acknowledged since 23 Nov 2008 06:58 AM. My 2nd ticket, sent to their support team, was answered with "I will notify the sales manager about that ticket", the 3rd has just been sent to their 911 team which I have little hope for.
Has anybody else had this kind of experience with them? Any kind of reassurance would be nice right now. I remember last time it took me weeks to get a refund but was assured by them and other members that my experience was not the norm and it was due to key people being sick and unable to setup my account.

Well it looks like Tris for SA has contacted me and resolved the issue, surprise surprise the same excuse I got last time. This time I had the option for the refund or to get setup. Against my better judgment I decided to get setup and so far everything appears to be working... I guess time will tell at this point. This is one company that I will definitely write up a review for at a later time in hopes they meet the expectations others have set for them.

Then expect them to charge you everything you should have paid when the subscription is set up.

I am waiting on them to respond to a cancellation ticket I've sent on the 18th (so 9 days ago). Not only I have not received any reply in 9 days but instead I've got a new invoice. I have even mailed Steve a couple of days ago (as himself suggested in another thread) but again...no answer. Weird is that when I signed up (on a Saturday afternoon US time the invoice was sent within the hour but now I can't get answers even within the week). Top disappointment really!

The only reassurances I have with them right now is that they are a "backup" since I usually reply to tickets before they can get them and login... but for those few times I'm sleeping I hope they can pull through.

Attention!
All tickets travel via, pony express.
Your ticket will be responded to by the first of the year, with a subscription to your paypal for 1,500$ in legal fee's stating that you owe them for being a bad customer.
LMAO, just kidding but thats BS 9 day ticket? Good god, do they have 1 person over their working and have billions of clients or something?
