SeeksAdmin closed on the weekends?

SeeksAdmin closed on the weekends? Round 2 with SeeksAdmin, mainly because their Per Ticket Help Desk plan is the only one I can find like it, unfortunately I signed up for them over the weekend and cancelled my other Help Desk support plan at Bobcares yesterday thinking that SeeksAdmin would have replied to my support tickets within 24 hours and have things setup, yet again I was wrong. It's been 27 hours since I placed my order and 25 hours since I opened my original ticket with them, I know I may sound impatient but it if takes them 24+ hours to respond to a client's ticket then I wonder how long it will take for them to get around to my client's tickets. My previous experience with them wasn't good at all but I was told that it was just bad timing on my part so I figured I'd give them another shot, I hope I don't regret it. I'm hoping it's something silly like their billing team doesn't work weekends or something... __________________-Joe

You contacted sales i presume ?; it is not uncommon for sales departments to be closed in weekends; it is risky to close one account before the other is setup though especially in weekends or public holidays.

I understand that but I made sure I would be available for the next 72 after closing my previous support account with Bobcares. I actually just made a test ticket via my help desk and a SeeksAdmin tech responded to it in 16 minutes, so I guess everything is setup on their end their billing department just didn't reply to my tickets. Requesting this thread closed/deleted. __________________-Joe
