We did not suspend your account. You expressed several times that you need custom programming as part of your support needs, and while it's clear that you are satisfied with our service, we do not offer custom programming. It does not make any sense to continue using a service that does not meet your needs while repeatedly complaining about it at the same time. For this reason, we suggested finding a new provider that offers customer programming before renewing with us which was 2 weeks in advance.
Also, you are free to post whatever you want, as long as it is true. You repeatedly posted in multiple threads saying that we can't help you and that is a complete lie and completely misleading. The truth of the matter is that we do not offer custom programming and you already knew that even before your first post. We repeatedly explained to you that we do not offer custom programming, yet you continued to keep posting several times in multiple threads on WHT that we can't help you and that gives readers the wrong impression. We are not going to keep a customer that continually spreads misleading and false information about us.
We wish you the best with another provider, and hope that this time you choose one that offers custom programming.

As I said in my first post, we gave you 2 weeks advance notice before your renewal to find another provider. Your account was fully active and support was still provided until the end of the month.
