i also remember moolay host their node in vps.net cloud

Cloud doesn't have advantages for an end-user... it is more convenient if you are the owner of your own cloud machine, but a normal cpanel/whm user can't tell the difference...

| A properly managed cloud server can actually be extremely beneficial to the end user. Providers are able to dynamically add resources, keeping loads low, and sites fast. Additionally, there is the auto-healing aspect, so if one hypervisor experiences a failure, the cloud server will immediately boot up elsewhere in the cloud.

| I understand you , but as well as with a properly managed VPS or Dedicated Server if a cloud provider doesn't manage its services correctly, the end-user will suffer a lot...
I'm just saying that a regular cpanel user can't add resources dynamically, find out if the hypervisor was under auto-healing, etc, things like that that are only available for the cloud owner; the end-user will just see the same cpanel interface as always
It might be beneficial for the provider itself, in terms of over-selling and pay-as-you-go which as you say would keep loads low and sites going fast, but again nothing the end-user shouldn't expect from a responsible hosting provider hehe.

| OnApp would give you exactly what your looking for if you were posting on here asking for a cloud server, but as for a reseller account using onapp, none come to mind.
Do you have a good budget? you maybe able to get a managed cloud server yourself on onapp.

| Most don't have this. In fact probably very few have something like that. Many host Virtual Hosting (Shared) accounts on a Cloud based instances, however cPanel works only in a stand-alone server/instance, not across multiple physical or virtual servers. So whoever says they offer cPanel based Cloud, one most probably misleading customers! So you'd better ask whether the data resides on a storage area network and how many server/nodes are part of the cluster setup.

| If a host were to setup a cloud with (for example) OnAPP, and self-healing failover. They could easily setup a large node (like a dedicated server), and run their reseller clients off of that. If the node was to go down, it will failover like @IGobbyTerry said.
Im pretty sure this is exactly what the OP is asking for and wants.

| OnApp or other similar Cloud PaaS deal with management of virtual instances on top of the Cloud, not with management on Virtual Hosting accounts. These are "Cloud" in terms of creating, provisioning and managing virtual servers. Hosting a cPanel Virtual Hosting accounts on top of a Cloud Server, does not make the cPanel accounts, cloud based.

| Did you totally ignore what I said after that? And I'm pretty sure you are confused as to what he OP is asking for.
I don't care, nor does the OP probably care what you think about the cloud mixed with cPanel actually is...nor did the OP state he wanted a "cpanel account, cloud based". The OP clearly stated "on a real cloud environment", meaning he wants exactly what I, and a couple others already mentioned.
Edit: to not go off-topic..THe only company I see advertising this is GVH/GreenValueHost (posted earlier). I have never been with them, so I can't comment on if its true, or their level of support...but its's always worth a try with a money back guarantee

| I don't care what you care for. And you are not the one to tell people what do they post. I have addressed the question asked in the original thread by @hostaq, which was - "Is there any resellers who has their plans on a real cloud environment with cPanel/WHM?". If I haven't understood what he/she asked for (which is not the case), you are not the one who'd I need to apologize to.
I have said what would be a "cPanel Cloud account". If you, for any reason, don't understand that… then it is better not to enter into arguments.
