| You should try contact them by their contact method to ask them yourself. Though I can see your mix up, their is allot of talk about PSM . Just go to their site and talk to them by one of the contact methods!

| We're available 24x7x365. We don't see any missed chats from anyone. Sometimes the instant messenger times out, we'll restart it, but in the meantime just drop us an email. For information about our service and what we can do for you, contacting us directly would be the best thing to do anyway.

| please cheek Ticket Number 5937557115 and tel me what you can do for websites lost from my server iam still 2days & 8 hourly no body fix it.
you can see example :-
city-love.com/up/ and all folder lost
see befor hacker archive.org
6 years work lost by one mnt from hacker
still iam waiting help if you can..

You opened 4 tickets in the last 2 days and all have been completed.
The ticket #5937557115 you are referring to was only re-opened by you 2 HOURS ago. In fact, the ticket wasn't even re-opened at the time of your initial post here. So why are you lieing and saying that we aren't helping you?
WHT can't help you with your ticket, if you want our help, then contact us directly. If you are just trying to cause trouble as I suspect you are, since you signed up on WHT solely to complain, then that is not going to benefit you.

Your first wht post was BEFORE you even re-opened that ticket!
Then when you did re-open it, that was only 2 HOURS ago when you said it had been 8 HOURS ago, there's a HUGE difference.
We will not continue to serve a customer that is telling flat out lies and trying to ruin our reputation for no reason at all.
I'm not going to argue this any further. You posting here was not going to get your ticket solved any better or faster. You telling lies here is only trying to cause trouble.
If anyone has any other questions about this, feel free to contact us directly.
