Current Bad Experience with Coast Internet Solutions

Yes, they are cheap, but there are other inexpensive hosting companies that are so much better in so many ways. My websites have been down or not functional for a month after they changed some things on their end. I have been trying to get the problems resolved all this time, but they always say they are still working on it with no other explanation. There is no phone number to call and e-mail to their sales address resulted in no response. I am no longer able to get into my main hosting account that controls all the websites I am hosting with them. When things were working, it was ok, but any time there is an issue, expect it to take weeks to get resolved while your websites could be completely down. DON'T USE COAST INTERNET SOLUTIONS! Does anyone have a phone number for them?
